enjoy it..





Eating is one of my hobbies

Everyone must have some hobby..and for me eating is one of my hobby..hehe.. I will smile and felt very happy when I saw a delicious food..
Okay, here i want give one simple and easy recipe.. so u must try it at home because that is so easy to do and delicious!

Muffin grapes

Ingredients
2 cup self-raising flour
2 cups vanilla ice  creams
1 cups grapes

 Direction
Mix flour & melted ice cream
Add grapes
Mix all together
Oil muffin tin
Fill in the muffin tin

Bake 18-20 minutes at 180 ̊c

Alhamdulillah, thank dear because willing to be my friends..  Best-friend might seem like two small words but they have a very deep meaning attached to it.

What according to you best friends are like?

Those with whom you share stuff (from clothes to novels, jokes to problems), those with whom you party, those who know you more than your family or anyone else?
It can mean totally different things for different people or you can say a best friend is the one who stands by you even when the whole world is against you, who supports your decisions when you are right and is the first one to correct you when you are not and they never abandon you in tough times.

But do you really need a best friend?

Having a best friend is a huge bonus in life.. because

Today I want share about benefit of sleep
For UUM students, this week is midsem break.. and after midsem we have an exam.. so I bet some of u must not have an enough sleep.. because do some revision.. I thought that is not a good habit because an enough sleep can give a lot of benefits for we all..

Benefit of sleep

Keep your figure
Watching your weight can be as simple as getting a good night's sleep. Lack of sleep can make you put on weight by drastically slowing your metabolism down, according to a study by scientists at Uppsala University in Sweden. The researchers suggested getting plenty of sleep might prevent weight gain.

 Can concentrate better
We have all woken up after a good night's sleep ready to take on the world. A bad night's sleep can leave you struggling all day. More than half of us will have problems concentrating after sleeping badly

Better health
Getting a good night's sleep won't grant you immunity from disease. But study after study has found a link between insufficient sleep and some serious health problems, such as heart disease, heart attacks, diabetes, and obesity

Better memory
Feeling forgetful? Sleep loss could be to blame. Studies have shown that while we sleep, our brains process and consolidate our memories from the day. If you don't get enough sleep, it seems like those memories might not get stored correctly and can be lost.

What's more, some research suggests that sleep decreases the chances of developing false memories. In several experiments, people were asked to look over a series of words. Later they were tested on what they remembered. People who didn't sleep in between were much more likely to "remember" a word that they hadn't actually seen before

Today I want to share on HOW TO RELIEVE STRESS..
I know that everybody must have a stress in their life.. especially for students like my friends and i.. J
Sometimes when we all busy with studies, doing assignments and did not have an enough rest..it may cause stress..
So that’s why I attract to share about how ro relieve stress..
So enjoyed and I hope that will give some information for u’alls to manae this probems..


Okay,, here are the ways to stress relieves :-

·       BREATHING EXERCISES
Deep breathing is an easy stress reliever that has numerous benefits for the body, including relaxing muscles and quieting the mind. Breathing exercises are especially helpful because you can do them anywhere, and they work quickly so you can de-stress in a flash. The Karate Breathing Meditation is a great exercise to start with, and this basic breathing exercise can be done anywhere to help you reverse your stress response, get back to being more proactive (rather than reactive), and face stress with greater resilience.


·       Guided Imagery
It takes slightly more time to practice guided imagery, but this is a great way to leave your stress behind for a while and relax your body. Some find it easier to practice than meditation, as it allows more engagement of the conscious mind. You can play natural sounds in the background as you practice, to promote a more immersive experience.

·       Visualizations
Building on guided imagery, you can also imagine yourself achieving goals like becoming healthier and more relaxed, doing well at tasks, and handling conflict in better ways. Also, visualizing yourself doing well on tasks you’re trying to master actually functions like physical practice, so you can improve your performance through visualizations as well.

·       Exercise
Many people exercise to control weight and get in better physical condition to become more healthy or physically attractive, but exercise and stress management are also closely linked. Exercise provides a distraction from stressful situations, as well as an outlet for frustrations, and gives you a lift via endorphins as well. This article can tell you more about the stress management benefits of exercise, and help you get more active in your daily life.

dear all.. im the second from fourth siblings...
 
the first one is Muhammad Syazwan..

he was died at 20 years old :'(

then, my younger sister.. her name is Siti Nuryasmin...
 
she is 19 years old..

now, she still studying at UNIKL MICET, Melaka ... 

Diploma in Chemical Engineering Technology (Process)

and the last one is my younger brother, 

Muhammad Izzat.. he is 15 years old...

study at SMK Agama, Arau, Perlis... 

im happy when we are together..

hi..thats my lovely parents.. actually thats old picture.. and i did not have many picture of them because they didn't like to take a picture.. :)
okayy.. my father's name is Jamaluddin bin Zainan
he is 55 years old
he is pension soldier and now work as a labour
in leasure time, he loves planting flowers and vegetables also..
at my house have a lot of flowers..
such as orchird, bonsai,hibiscus and more.. :)
his face seems like fierce but i am as his daughter felt very happy and thanks for Allah because give me a handsome, kindly and caring person like him.. :)
okayy now turn to introduce my moms..
her name is Sarah binti Zakaria
she is 54 years old
she works as a nurse at Klinik  Satu Malaysia, Arau, Perlis.
her hobbies is seems like my father, but she doesn't like planting flower..she likes planting vegetables such like spinach, casava tree,  mango tree and more.. so they share a same hobbies..
my moms is the best mom ever for me.. she is very loving, kindly, and she is the best adviser for me..
they are the VIP in my life and i need them to go through challenging future..
