seriously, lately im felt very down because of studies..
i got a bad result for my ECONOMY subject.. pity on me.. haahhahh..
but thanks to ALLAH because give me a great people surround me..
such as my ibu abah (caring parents) , a motivate siblings my elder sisters and brothers.. my brother/bestfriends abg Mohd Hanif..my friends who always support me and always beside me to help me solve all the problems! and lastly thanks for my super caunselor that is Kak Suzana (my super senior) who always give me a great motivations..
dear all, thanks a lot because always hear my problems, help me solve my problem and always cheer me up to make me forget about my stress..hehe

Eating
is one of my hobbies
Everyone must
have some hobby..and for me eating is one of my hobby..hehe.. I will smile and
felt very happy when I saw a delicious food..
Okay, here i
want give one simple and easy recipe.. so u must try it at home because that is so easy to do and delicious!
Muffin grapes
Ingredients
2 cup
self-raising flour
2 cups
vanilla ice creams
1 cups
grapes
Direction
Mix flour
& melted ice cream
Add grapes
Mix all
together
Oil muffin
tin
Fill in the
muffin tin
Bake 18-20
minutes at 180 ̊c

It can mean totally

Today I want share about benefit of
sleep
For UUM students, this week is midsem
break.. and after midsem we have an exam.. so I bet some of u must not have an
enough sleep.. because do some revision.. I thought that is not a good habit
because an enough sleep can give a lot of benefits for we all..
Benefit of sleep
Keep
your figure
Watching your weight can be as simple as
getting a good night's sleep. Lack of sleep can make you put on weight by
drastically slowing your metabolism down, according to a study by scientists at
Uppsala University in Sweden. The researchers suggested getting plenty of sleep
might prevent weight gain.
Can concentrate better
We have all woken up after a good
night's sleep ready to take on the world. A bad night's sleep can leave you
struggling all day. More than half of us will have problems concentrating after
sleeping badly
Better
health
Getting a good night's sleep won't grant
you immunity from disease. But study after study has found a link between
insufficient sleep and some serious health problems, such as heart disease,
heart attacks, diabetes, and obesity
Better
memory
Feeling forgetful? Sleep loss could be
to blame. Studies have shown that while we sleep, our brains process and
consolidate our memories from the day. If you don't get enough sleep, it seems
like those memories might not get stored correctly and can be lost.
What's more, some research suggests that
sleep decreases the chances of developing false memories. In several
experiments, people were asked to look over a series of words. Later they were
tested on what they remembered. People who didn't sleep in between were much
more likely to "remember" a word that they hadn't actually seen
before

RELIEVE STRESS..
I know that everybody must have a
stress in their life.. especially for students like my friends and i.. J
Sometimes when we all busy with
studies, doing assignments and did not have an enough rest..it may cause
stress..
So that’s why I attract to share
about how ro relieve stress..
So enjoyed and I hope that will give
some information for u’alls to manae this probems..
Okay,, here
are the ways to stress relieves :-

BREATHING EXERCISES
Deep
breathing is an easy stress reliever that has numerous benefits for the body,
including relaxing muscles and quieting the mind. Breathing exercises are
especially helpful because you can do them anywhere, and they work quickly so
you can de-stress in a flash. The Karate Breathing Meditation is a great
exercise to start with, and this basic breathing exercise can be done anywhere
to help you reverse your stress response, get back to being more proactive
(rather than reactive), and face stress with greater resilience.
· Guided
Imagery
It takes
slightly more time to practice guided imagery, but this is a great way to leave
your stress behind for a while and relax your body. Some find it easier to
practice than meditation, as it allows more engagement of the conscious mind.
You can play natural sounds in the background as you practice, to promote a
more immersive experience.

Visualizations
Building on
guided imagery, you can also imagine yourself achieving goals like becoming
healthier and more relaxed, doing well at tasks, and handling conflict in
better ways. Also, visualizing yourself doing well on tasks you’re trying to
master actually functions like physical practice, so you can improve your
performance through visualizations as well.

Exercise
Many people exercise to
control weight and get in better physical condition to become more healthy or
physically attractive, but exercise and stress management are also closely
linked. Exercise provides a distraction from stressful situations, as well as
an outlet for frustrations, and gives you a lift via endorphins as well. This
article can tell you more about the stress management benefits of exercise, and
help you get more active in your daily life.
